REMA RZ560 Cold Recycler

RZ560 Pavement Cold Recycling Machine is a new pavement cold recycling machine launched by our company. It is a 530 horsepower high-performance cold recycling machine. It is mainly suitable for the cold recycling of lime-soil subgrade and the construction of cement stabilized layer and limestone subgrade cold recycling.

1. WP13 diesel engine, rated power of 530 horsepower, meets the national III emission requirements, starts quickly,
has strong power, high reliability and convenient maintenance;

2. Reliable heat dissipation system, suitable for the hottest summer construction, the engine water temperature and hydraulic oil temperature are always in the working temperature area;

3. The main components of the hydraulic system adopt system, with high reliability;

4. The milling rotor is equipped with 8 working blocks, which can adjust the rotation speed of the milling drum according to the strength of different roadbeds to ensure that the machine works faster, and at the same time reduce the loss of tools, and avoid mixing materials while meeting the requirements of crushing particle size. Segregation; for high-strength cement-stabilized subgrade, limestone subgrade, lime-soil subgrade, stabilized soil mixing, etc., it can fully meet the work requirements;

5. The welded light-duty milling drum has been strengthened and designed, and is mainly used for cold recycling construction of lime-soil roadbed. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and fine particle size. The special inspection tool is used for detection, with high assembly precision and stable operation;

6. The cab in the center has a good line of sight, the machine can be easily constructed on the left or right side, and has the smallest construction distance for the same type of machine;

7. The additive spraying (water spraying) adopts the technology self-priming pump, which is electronically controlled, easy
to control, stable in flow, accurate and reliable;

8. The rear water tank supports independent cold recycling construction of waterless vehicles;

9. The steering of the articulated body cooperates with the steering rear axle, and the steering is flexible. The rear axle has a one-button automatic centering function. No matter what angle the rear axle steering is at, the rear axle can be operated with one button to automatically return to centering, which greatly reduces the operator’s ability to return. Fatigue strength, improve work efficiency;

10. Double-axle four-wheel drive, equipped with herringbone tires, strong driving force, high anti-skid performance, suitable for various road conditions.
