RZ480 Cold Recycler

RZ480 road cold rejuvenation is the replacement product of our company’s economical road cold rejuvenation. The product adopts Weichai electric injection engine, which meets the National III emission requirements. It can be used for cold regeneration of lime soil roadbed, and can also replace the lime soil mixer.

3, milling drum drive, walking drive, spraying system are fully hydraulic drive, hydraulic system using Danfoss (original Sauer-Danfoss) system, high reliability;
4, welded light milling drum strengthened design, mainly used for gray soil roadbed cold regeneration construction, with good construction effect, fine particle size characteristics; The milling drum is adjusted by dynamic balance and tested by special checker. The assembly precision is high and the operation is stable.
5, in the middle of the cab line of sight is good, the machine can be convenient on the left or right side of the welt construction, with the same type of machine the smallest welt construction distance;
6, additive spraying (water) electronic control, easy control, stable flow, accurate and reliable;
7, the pressure hydraulic oil tank is equipped with a suction oil filter imported from Germany to prevent oil tank pollution, effectively prevent the suction of hydraulic pump, improve the reliability of the hydraulic system, can be used in high altitude areas;
8, the hydraulic system adopts H-type pipe joint, the whole car has no welded hard pipe, and the key parts use imported hose to improve reliability and prevent leakage;
