XCM-G The XRS1050 applicable for concrete cast in situ pile for foundation construction such as urban construction,railway,highway,bridge,subway and building.

XRS1050 rotary drilling rig adopts special hydraulic telescopic crawler chassis for rotary drilling rigs, which meets the super stability and convenience of transport. It adopts imported Cummins engine with strong power, enough power reserve to meet the plateau construction, and noise and emission meet the Euro III standard. Adopting large triangular luffing structure, with super stability. Extra-large drilling mast cross-section reduces the swaying of drilling mast during construction and improves the construction quality. The drill pipe bracket is installed to reduce the shaking of the drill pipe and ensure the verticality of the drilling hole. The hydraulic system adopts load sensing technology, which makes the hydraulic system more efficient and energy-saving.

The drill pipe adopts machine-locked or friction-type telescopic structure, which transmits torque to the drilling tools through tooth embedded or friction plate, transmitting large torque and high efficiency.

The wire rope of the main winch adopts single layer winding, which is easy and comfortable to operate and greatly improves the service life of the wire rope. The main winch is equipped with a drilling depth detection device, and the single-layer winding makes the depth detection more accurate and convenient for maintenance.

The transport and dismantling legs are added for easy dismantling and transport.

The power head adopts the imported reducer and motor of international famous company, with high drilling torque and high working efficiency.

Installed infrared camera to observe the main reel, you can observe the use of the main reel of wire rope day and night in the driver’s cab.
