Recently, one unit XCMG Single Drum Vibratory Roller XS143J was delivered to customer by container.
Main technical performance and features:
(1) It adopts an SDEC H-series, water-cooled, four-cylinder, four-stroke, direct-injection turbocharged diesel engine with low-speed operation and air-cooling. It has a large power reserve, is energy-efficient and reduces noise.
(2) It uses a Hardegner gearbox with shift synchronizers, which is easy to operate.
(3) The main clutch uses a heavy-duty special clutch, which is a dry, constant-engage single-plate friction type. It is reliable in performance and has good maintainability.
(4) Dual frequency and dual amplitude, meeting the requirements of different working conditions; the hydraulic vibration system consists of a gear pump and a motor and is an open system; the control form adopts electronic control. This ensures the requirements of vibration parameters and the reliability of the vibration system.
(5) The optimized vibration wheel structure and vibration parameters result in a smoother compacted surface and higher compaction efficiency.
(6) The fully hydraulic articulated steering system makes steering operation light and flexible.
(7) It is equipped with emergency braking for driving and parking.
(8) It features a streamlined design, an elegant driver’s cabin, and a wide field of vision. The driver can directly observe objects 2 meters away from the frame.
(9) The engine hood cover is an integral metal structure with a curved slope. It uses a single-rod supported electrically controlled lifting device, which is easy to operate, lifts smoothly, and is very convenient for maintenance and servicing.
(10) The instrument panel and operation space have been scientifically designed for human engineering, minimizing the operator’s working intensity. The anti-slip ladder makes it easy for the driver to ascend and descend the equipment.
(11) The maintenance-free battery has a large starting current and strong adaptability; the connectors are waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof, ensuring the reliability of the electrical system.
