1、Kelly bar is the primary component of a rotary drilling rig, responsible for transmitting
The torque of the power head and the pressure of the pressurizing system to the drill bit, to drive it to perform drilling operations. Each set of Kelly bar consists of 3-6 telescopic tubular sections with a system of drive keys and lock recesses, welded onto their outer surfaces. Standard Kelly bar is fabricated with a total of 6 drive keys on each section. The tubular Kelly bar sections are made of high-tensile steel to ensure minimum weight at adequate strength.
Standard Kelly bar adopts mechanical locking design. Each section can be locked with one another, the first section is locked to the power head. A spring or rubber shock absorption system is installed at the lower end of the Kelly bar to absorb impact forces. Additionally, the Kelly bar is equipped with movable rings and wear-resistant rings, which facilitate uniform wear of the Kelly bar’s drive keys and feeding keys.

KB Series Drilling bucket:
It is the most widely used type of drill bit. Different types of teeth are available to be selected for various formation conditions.
Main application: soft to stiff silt and clay, loose to medium, dense sand and gravel, up to coarse gravel. KB-2 is recommended in uncased bores and for bigger diameters.
Core barrels KR series:
used for cutting an annular ring in rock or concrete, including reinforced concrete. They’re mainly designed for extremely hard rock formations such as granite, with a compressive strength of 80 MPa or above.
Main types: Core barrels with roller KR-RM、Core barrel with replaceable blocks KR-WS、Core barrel with round shank chisel KR-R。
Augers SB series:
Used for soft to stiff silt and clay, loose to medium dense sand, gravel. Different types of teeth are available to be selected for various formation conditions. SB-2 is recommended for uncased bores or for bigger diameters.
3、 Bohrrohre Casings:
For high-power rotary drilling rigs or pipe oscillators, matching heavy-duty casings are required, including double-walled casings and single-walled casings.
Double-walled casings can be used universally, as they ‘re designed especially for transmitting high rotational and vertical forces as created by the rotary drives and oscillators.
Single-walled casings can be used for applications where weight reduction is important.
