- Fill grease every month at where there is grease fitting.
- Rated pressure of safety valve is 0.2 Mpa. Any excess is not allowed. During discharge, safety handle could be switched on to blow away dust by high pressure gas.
- Check valve must be checked every two months. The valve core should be replaced and maintenance should be done every half a year.
- No water and other liquids and debris are allowed into the tank. If any of the above mentioned phenomena occur, it is necessary to use the gasification of the tank or the removal of the debris after drying.
- In the first one and two weeks, the tank seat and truck beam connection should be fastened. After that every half a month there should be such a tightening practice to prevent the bolt from loosening and being damaged.
- On the surface of the upper cover of the material, it should be used to eliminate the cement that is combined with the surface, to ensure that the upper cover and the sealing ring of the sealing ring is closed tightly.
- Discharge valve leakage must be replaced in time, otherwise it will lead to damaging discharge valve and pipes.
- In the process, there has to be attention made to whether gross weight of the vehicle is added up. If the empty weight increases, you will need to check the bag and tube side in time to find whether there are cracks and whether there is cement into the gasification chamber. Check whether there is debris in the tube. The above situation can lead to increased empty weight. Therefore, timely check will be necessary.
- Semi – Trailer should be applied once a week to the traction seat on a grease.
